At its core is Biotin 2500mcg — Vitamin B7 at a therapeutically relevant dose, not the 150–300mcg found in generic multivitamins. Biotin is the essential cofactor for keratin synthesis, the structural protein that makes up the hair shaft, nail plate, and outer skin layer. Without adequate Biotin, the body cannot produce keratin efficiently, which directly leads to hair thinning, brittle nails, and dull skin regardless of what topical products are applied.
- What separates Biotin Advance from plain Biotin tablets is the addition of Panicum Miliaceum Extract 210mg — a clinically studied millet seed extract that stimulates the anagen (active growth) phase of the hair cycle, improves scalp microcirculation, and provides silicon, zinc, and B-vitamins directly to the follicle. Combined with L-Cystine 3mg — the amino acid backbone of the keratin molecule — it reinforces hair strand structure from the inside, reducing breakage and improving elasticity.
