Prosnur EXTRA
Prosnur EXTRA is the advanced version of the original Prosnur formula — designed for men whose BPH symptoms are more severe, have been present for longer, or who want a more comprehensive approach to prostate health than a two-ingredient product can provide. Where Prosnur contains Saw Palmetto and Pygeum, Prosnur EXTRA delivers five clinically-referenced ingredients targeting prostate enlargement, urinary dysfunction, hormonal balance, and inflammation in a single daily capsule.
- The formula is built around Saw Palmetto Extract 250mg — a 56% higher dose than in the original Prosnur — combined with Pumpkin Seed Extract 50mg and Nettle Root Extract 50mg. These three herbals work through different but complementary mechanisms. Saw Palmetto inhibits 5-alpha-reductase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT and drives prostate cell overgrowth. Pumpkin Seed delivers phytosterols and zinc directly to the prostate, reducing tissue swelling and improving bladder muscle tone.
